We are in search of a skilled and experienced Carpenter Supervisor to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. We are looking for a talented individual who can oversee our team of carpenters and ensure quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.

As a Carpenter Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of carpentry work on our construction sites. This includes managing a team of carpenters, coordinating with other tradespeople, and ensuring that all work is done according to project plans and specifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and enforcing all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of carpenters on construction sites.
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to carpenters to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed and project timelines.
- Coordinate with other tradespeople to ensure smooth workflow on the construction site.
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance.
- Train new employees on proper carpentry techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, equipment, and materials.
- Experience in reading blueprints and project plans.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school or apprenticeship in carpentry is preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter.
- Valid driver's license.
- Basic computer skills.

Salary:
