Junior Merchandiser - Dar Kulaib, Bahrain


We are a leading retail company seeking a talented and dedicated Junior Merchandiser to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business by assisting with buying and selling processes, analyzing market trends, and managing inventory levels.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior merchandisers in developing and implementing merchandising strategies
- Monitor and analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify potential new products or opportunities
- Help maintain accurate inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for timely product delivery
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that products are effectively promoted and marketed to maximize sales
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, pricing, and visual displays
- Assist in negotiating prices with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing for our products
- Prepare reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and market trends for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Previous experience in retail or merchandising is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
