A reputable event planning company in Doha is seeking a creative and organized Wedding Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating unforgettable weddings and events, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision for their wedding and understand their budget and preferences
- Develop detailed proposals, timelines, and budgets for each event
- Source vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure the best prices and services for our clients
- Coordinate all aspects of the wedding day including venue setup, decorations, catering, entertainment, transportation, etc.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes
- Manage event staff and ensure they are following protocols and meeting deadlines
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Provide post-event follow-up with clients to gather feedback and maintain relationships for future events

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with clients and vendors
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail
- Proficient in time management and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
1600$ monthly salary plus commission based on successful events.

Location:
Doha, Qatar (candidates of all nationalities are welcome)

Note:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. No English language proficiency is required. We are open to candidates without prior experience. Training will be provided.
