Wedding Planner



As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of weddings for clients in Doha, Qatar. You will work closely with couples to bring their dream wedding to life, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed. This is a contract job that does not require previous experience or English proficiency, making it an excellent opportunity for Africans and Egyptians looking to break into the event planning industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and budget for their wedding
- Create customized event proposals and manage budgets
- Source and book venues, vendors, and services such as catering, décor, entertainment, etc.
- Coordinate all logistics including transportation, accommodations, and seating arrangements
- Develop detailed timelines and schedules for pre-wedding activities and the day of the event
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and make necessary adjustments
- Oversee set-up and breakdown of the event
- Ensure all legal requirements are met for marriage ceremonies in Qatar
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning or coordination (preferred but not required)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and customs in Doha preferred (but not required)
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating memorable events
- Own visa in Qatar
Salary: 1300$ per month
