A reputable floral shop in Mecca is seeking an experienced and talented Florist to join our growing team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, birthdays, and other special events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the shop's inventory of fresh flowers and ensuring their quality.

Responsibilities:
- Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements based on client's requests and preferences.
- Maintain inventory of flowers and other materials needed for arrangements.
- Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect arrangement for their occasion.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
- Keep the shop clean and organized at all times.
- Participate in marketing efforts by promoting the shop's services through social media or other means.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and arrangement techniques.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work flexible hours including weekends.
