Machine Operator


As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines in our manufacturing facility in Sharjah. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure. We are looking for candidates with experience in machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing setting. As an Indian or Pakistani national, you will be preferred for this position. No English proficiency is required, but basic communication skills are a plus. Prior experience and holding your own visa are not mandatory, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any defects
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic communication skills in English (preferred but not mandatory)
- Indian or Pakistani nationality preferred (other nationalities welcome)
- Must have own visa (sponsorship not provided)
