Administrative Assistant
Our company, located in Lusail, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Conduct research for projects as needed
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary: $900 per month
Note: Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
