We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team in Isa Town, Bahrain. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for displaying and promoting products in retail stores to attract and engage customers. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$. We welcome applicants without experience and do not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner
- Create eye-catching displays to promote new and existing products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to restock as needed
- Collaborate with sales representatives to plan and execute promotional events
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers to ensure product placement is optimized
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' products, and consumer preferences
- Travel between stores within the designated area to set up displays as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in merchandising is a plus
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or related field is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have own visa or eligibility to work in Bahrain
