Customer Service Representative (Bank Teller)
Location: Al-Khor, Qatar
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our bank branch in Al-Khor. As a bank teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their financial transactions and providing excellent service at all times. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working with numbers. This position offers a salary of 1400$ per month and includes accommodation in Al-Khor.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to bank policies and procedures
- Promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of banking products and services is an asset
- Biometric passport required for non-Qatari applicants
This is a full-time position with the possibility of part-time hours for students.
