Waiter/Waitress - Indian Cuisine (English Speaking)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Dubai. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This is a temporary position with the potential for long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure accuracy of orders and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Assist with setting up tables, preparing condiments, and maintaining cleanliness of dining area
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials/promotions
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in an Indian restaurant is required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with knowledge of Hindi being an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
