Merchandiser

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for organizing and presenting products in a visually appealing manner, as well as monitoring inventory levels and analyzing sales data to make informed decisions about product placement. This position requires a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and adjust product placement accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Communicate with store managers to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Train store staff on product features and promotions
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure product placement is in line with company standards
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
