Job Title: Sales Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Isa Town. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales management and a strong understanding of the sales process.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends
- Train and onboard new sales team members as needed
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and finance to achieve overall business goals

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills would be an advantage

Salary: $1100 per month
