Construction Manager in Mecca, Egypt

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Mecca, Egypt. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction projects in the city, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects in Mecca from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure it is on schedule and within budget
- Supervise construction workers and subcontractors to ensure they comply with safety regulations
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors for materials and equipment
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues or delays
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Prepare progress reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager overseeing large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
