Administrative Assistant


We are a growing company in Umm-Said seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The main responsibilities of this role will include managing office supplies and inventory, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing general administrative support to our team. We are looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office and has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Arabic would be an asset but is not required. This position offers a salary of 1800$ per month and is open to Indian nationals with a valid work permit in Umm-Said.
