We are a fast-growing company based in Sharjah and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets. Your main focus will be on building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing the sales team to ensure they meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and competition
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Manage the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the Indian market
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and motivate them to achieve their goals
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1300$ per month (plus commission)
