Surveyor (English Speaking)

As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing reports for construction projects in El-Ain. You must have a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as excellent communication skills in English. This position requires previous experience in surveying and the ability to work independently without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed land surveys using various surveying equipment
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to create accurate reports
- Communicate with project managers and team members to coordinate surveying activities
- Ensure that all surveys are completed within designated deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of survey results
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents related to land surveys

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in land surveying
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee candidates preferred)
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
