We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items that appeal to our target market
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at an Indian restaurant
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
