Surveyor - Malayalee (Sharjah, United Arab Emirates)


We are currently hiring a Surveyor who is proficient in Malayalam to join our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys on land and bodies of water to determine property boundaries and collect data for construction and engineering projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, theodolites, and electronic distance-measuring devices
- Research property records and maps to determine property boundaries
- Prepare sketches and maps of survey findings
- Collect data on land features, topography, and other environmental factors
- Analyze survey data to produce reports and recommendations for construction or development projects
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on survey progress
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of all survey data collected

Requirements:
- Must be a native or fluent speaker of Malayalam
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to land surveying in UAE
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1200$ per month
Working hours: Full-time
