Waiter/Waitress

We are currently hiring for the position of Waiter/Waitress for our restaurant in El-Ain. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to our customers. Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer service and ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers upon their arrival
- Present menus and make recommendations based on customer preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any complaints or concerns from customers in a professional manner
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry heavy items as needed
