Surveyor - Land and Property

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing reports on land and property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information. You will also be required to use advanced surveying equipment and software to accurately measure and map out land areas.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using advanced equipment such as GPS, total station, and laser scanners
- Collect data on land boundaries, topography, elevations, and other features
- Prepare accurate reports on survey findings
- Analyze data and create maps using specialized software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations related to land surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in the land and property sector
- Proficient in using advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, total station, and laser scanners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to land surveys

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Abu Dhabi (accommodation provided)

Contract Type: Full-time (1-year contract)
