Indian Executive Chef
We are a luxury hotel in Jizan seeking an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus that cater to our guests' preferences and dietary restrictions
- Ensure timely and efficient preparation of all dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Comply with all food safety regulations and uphold high standards of hygiene in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new ideas into menu offerings
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef in a similar setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to relocate to Jizan, Saudi Arabia
- Fluent in English
Salary: $1500 per month (housing, transportation, and medical insurance included)
