Sales Manager - Jizan, Egypt



We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Jizan, Egypt. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase revenue. Your main goal will be to lead and motivate our sales team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and maintain their satisfaction
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team goals
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Analyze sales data and provide reports on performance, market trends, and competition
- Train and onboard new members of the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

Salary:
$1600 per month

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with opportunities for renewal based on performance.
