Merchandiser



We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Doha. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting the sales of products in stores, ensuring that they are attractively displayed and stocked. Your role will involve working closely with suppliers and retailers to create effective marketing strategies to increase sales.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement merchandising strategies to drive product sales
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and preferences
- Work with suppliers to negotiate pricing and promotions
- Create attractive product displays in stores to increase customer interest
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make recommendations for change
- Collaborate with retailers to develop effective marketing campaigns
- Train store staff on product features and benefits
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and techniques
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis purposes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Doha, Qatar

Preference: Indian candidates preferred, but open to all nationalities.
