House Manager
As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a household in Abu Dhabi. Your main duties will include supervising domestic staff, maintaining household budgets, and managing household inventory and supplies. You will also be responsible for scheduling and coordinating household activities, events, and appointments. The ideal candidate for this position should have prior experience in house management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with others. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise domestic staff including nannies, housekeepers, cooks, and drivers
- Create and manage household budgets
- Maintain household inventory and supplies
- Schedule and coordinate household activities, events, and appointments
- Oversee home maintenance and repairs
- Manage household calendars
- Communicate effectively with family members to ensure their needs are met
- Handle any administrative tasks related to the household
- Ensure the security of the home at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience in house management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluency in Hindi or Urdu is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings or weekends if needed
