House Manager in Abu Dhabi

As a House Manager in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations and maintenance of a private residence. You will oversee a team of domestic staff and ensure that the household runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage domestic staff, including housekeepers, cooks, nannies, and drivers
- Create and maintain schedules for household tasks and staff duties
- Maintain household budgets and purchase necessary supplies
- Oversee household maintenance, including repairs and renovations
- Coordinate with vendors for services such as landscaping, pest control, and home security
- Ensure the safety and security of the residence at all times
- Plan and organize events hosted at the residence
- Keep track of household inventory and manage any necessary replacements or repairs
- Communicate effectively with the employer to understand their preferences and expectations for the household

Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a private residence or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of household management best practices
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Experience managing budgets and overseeing financial transactions
- Valid visa sponsorship in Abu Dhabi
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if needed
- Ability to manage cultural sensitivities when working with diverse staff members

Preferences:
We welcome candidates from Pakistan or African countries who have experience in similar roles. English speaking is preferred but not required. Part-time positions may be available for candidates with relevant experience but not meeting all requirements. Freshers with relevant experience may also apply.
