Entry-Level Industrial Engineer in Abu-Dhabi

As an entry-level engineer, you will work closely with our experienced engineers to learn about production processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficient solutions. Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing production processes and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with experienced engineers to develop efficient solutions
- Conduct time studies and measure productivity to identify bottlenecks
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements
- Design layouts for factories or workstations to optimize efficiency
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and monitor results
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through process improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of statistical methods
- Proficient in using CAD software for layout design (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
