Restaurant Manager

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman. Our ideal candidate is a fluent English speaker with a biometric passport and has previous experience in managing a restaurant. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all activities in the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for all staff members

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
