Restaurant Manager (Indian Cuisine)


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee our Indian restaurant in Al-Rayyan. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and success of the restaurant, while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide prompt and courteous service
- Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers, as well as increase revenue
- Create menus and specials that reflect authentic Indian cuisine while also catering to dietary restrictions
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and ensure swift resolution
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely service
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients at competitive prices
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, flavors, and cooking techniques
- Proven track record of successfully managing a high-volume restaurant with multiple staff members
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures

Salary:
This is a seasonal job paying 1100$ per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on performance.
