Restaurant Manager
Our restaurant in Al-Rayyan is looking for a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with proven leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences. This is an urgent position, so we are seeking someone who can start immediately. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. Salary is $1300 per month. This job is open to Indian nationals only who hold a valid biometric passport.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues effectively
- Create employee schedules that meet business needs while controlling labor costs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry
- Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and cost control
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be an Indian national holding a valid biometric passport
