Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a proven track record of successfully completing complex construction projects. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee all construction activities
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
- Manage project budgets and control costs
- Hire and supervise subcontractors as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or delays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the Middle East region
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of successfully completing complex construction projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Extensive knowledge of safety regulations and building codes in Riyadh
