Construction Manager (Malayalee)



We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a construction manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing construction projects and be familiar with local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project success
- Ensure project timelines are met within budget
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Review and approve project plans, budget, and schedule
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage on-site personnel including subcontractors, workers, and supervisors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Riyadh
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
