Arabic-Speaking Baker in Medina



We are seeking an experienced and talented Arabic-speaking Baker to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods using traditional methods and recipes
- Ensure all products are consistently high quality and meet customer expectations
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, ordering as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow food safety standards and regulations
- Train new staff members in baking techniques and recipes
- Suggest new menu items based on current trends and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a professional Baker
- Knowledge of traditional Arabic baking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience with food safety standards and regulations preferred

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia (accommodation provided)
Contract: 1 year (renewable based on performance)
