Registered Nurse for Lusail Hospital, Qatar



The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct and comprehensive nursing care to patients in Lusail Hospital, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be a qualified and experienced Nurse with strong communication and clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the medical team
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license in country of origin (Indian or Malayalee preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (experience with English speaking patients preferred)
- Ability to work without experience, training will be provided on-the-job
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)

Salary: $900 per month (tax-free) with potential for bonuses based on performance.
