Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends. Build and maintain relationships with key clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. Train and mentor sales team members, providing support and guidance to ensure their success. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management. Must have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work without accommodation.
