Part-Time Administrator in Salalah, Oman
We are seeking a skilled and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and organizing administrative tasks, such as answering calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. This position is a part-time role with a salary of 1600$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails from clients and colleagues
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Managing office supplies inventory and ordering when necessary
- Assisting with financial tasks such as invoicing and billing
- Organizing and maintaining filing systems
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
