Front Desk Receptionist
We are currently hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a professional and friendly demeanor. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate department
- Manage the company's general email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
