Construction Manager - Al-Rayyan, Egypt
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-efficient use of resources
- Hire and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track
- Identify potential risks or issues and develop contingency plans
- Prepare reports on project progress, budget updates, and any changes in scope
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, codes, and standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong understanding of local building codes and regulations
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
