As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting products in retail stores in the city of Ar-Ruwais. You will work closely with store managers to create appealing displays and ensure that products are properly stocked and priced. Your main goal will be to increase sales and improve brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores regularly to check product availability, display, and pricing
- Negotiate with store managers to secure prime display locations for products
- Create attractive product displays that highlight key features and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking with store managers
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities
- Present sales reports and provide recommendations for improving sales performance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and best practices
- Ability to negotiate effectively with store managers
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with market research methods is a plus
- Must be able to work full time without accommodation in Ar-Ruwais
