Construction Manager - Doha, Qatar


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1600$, accommodation, and free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure it stays on track within budget.
- Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are followed.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager.
- Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.

Preference will be given to Indian candidates with prior experience working in Qatar. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
