Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and building codes
- Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion of projects
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage project budgets and control costs through effective planning and monitoring
- Maintain a safe working environment for all workers on the construction site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry in Doha
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and best practices in construction management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously within budget and timeline constraints
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
