Junior Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Manager to join our team in Dar Kulaib. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our company's products and services to clients in the local market. Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and develop strategies to reach them
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends
- Build relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to showcase our products and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any inquiries or issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns to increase sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success
- Knowledge of the local market is a plus
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month, along with additional performance-based incentives.
