We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team on a contract basis in the bustling city of Isa Town. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in homes, buildings, and other facilities. This is an urgent position that requires someone who can work independently and has their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards
- Respond promptly to service requests from clients or tenants
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and tools
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals and blueprints
- Good physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Own visa and availability for an immediate start

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position.
