Excavator Operator
Location: Mecca, Saudi Arabia


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate and move earth, rock, and other materials in a safe and efficient manner. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Perform daily pre-start checks on equipment and report any issues or damages to the supervisor
- Operate excavator controls to excavate, load, and move materials as directed by the site supervisor
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols at all times while operating equipment
- Maintain accurate records of materials moved and work performed
- Communicate effectively with site supervisor and team members to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction or mining environment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Physically fit to perform manual tasks such as climbing, bending, lifting, etc.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if required

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience operating excavators with GPS systems is an asset
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting equipment issues is an asset
