Nurse Supervisor


We are hiring a skilled Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Salalah. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a nurse, with strong leadership and communication skills. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing support and guidance to the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and training.
- Monitor patient care and ensure that all treatments and procedures are carried out correctly.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is up-to-date.
- Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions and treatment plans.
- Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Valid nursing license in Salalah.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Salary:
