Barista

Our busy café in Al-Khor is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, as well as other menu items such as pastries and sandwiches. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Stock inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions with customers
- Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Excellent knowledge of different types of coffee beverages and their preparation methods
- Ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Attention to detail for maintaining quality control standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Salary: 1300$ per month

Nationality Preference: Pakistani or African

Language Requirement: Fluency in English preferred but not required

Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
