Seasonal Barista (English Speaking) for Lusail, Qatar


A high-end coffee shop in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a skilled and experienced Seasonal Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a barista in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to our menu
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure quality control of all drinks served
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a barista
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400/month, with additional benefits including accommodation.

This is a seasonal job, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport and be willing to commit to the entire season.
