Indian Sales Manager in Al-Kuwait
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets. As an Indian Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and building relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide necessary training and support
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to make necessary adjustments to achieve targets
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
Salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
