Machine Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Machine Operator to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and be able to operate various types of machinery. They should also have a good understanding of safety protocols and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operations. The primary responsibilities of this role include setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and ensuring quality control standards are met. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during operations
- Maintain and clean machines regularly
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machinery
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
