Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office team in our Abu Dhabi location. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone without prior experience in an office setting.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate parties
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
- Filing and organizing documents
- Assisting with data entry and record keeping
- Performing basic bookkeeping tasks
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
