Baker - Pastry Chef



We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and passionate Baker - Pastry Chef to join our team at our bakery in Al-Kuwait. As a leader in the baking industry, we are committed to creating delicious and high-quality pastries that bring joy to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, such as cakes, cookies, breads, and other desserts
- Create and develop new pastry recipes based on customer demand and seasonal availability
- Ensure all pastries are consistently made to meet our high standards of quality and taste
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock rotation to ensure freshness
- Train and mentor junior bakers in pastry techniques, recipes, and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Diploma/Certificate in Baking or Pastry Arts preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to create unique pastry recipes while also following traditional methods
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent quality products
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
